Yes, unfortunately, we can’t take materials that come under any of these categories:

This is because they may contaminate other materials and lead to environmental damage or risk to humans.
How much is my metal worth?
We can’t provide a guaranteed fixed figure that we can offer for commercial scrap metal, as we determine this on a case-by-case basis. This is calculated by weight as well as the type of metal and how valuable it is, which is evaluated based on its capacity to be recycled.
How is scrap metal used?
Once we pick up your scrap metal or you drop it off at our yard in Kunda Park, it’s processed at our facility and sorted into specific containers so that it can be adequately prepared for shipment. It’s then sent to foundries across Australia and the world to be used for any number of applications depending on the type of metal.
